NYG sign Antrel Rolle

Posted by Kork!

Certainly not any breaking news but it’s reported he signed a five year deal $37 million deal with $15mil signing bonus. That makes him the highest paid safety in the league.

Hope he and Kenny Phillips can do a little better shutting down the pass then we’ve seen from the G-men in the past few years.

Bad day for the Cards losing most of their top talent. Also, reports are that Arizona matched the Giants offer, but Rolle preferred to sign with Big Blue.

Now for a MLB…

Last Giants game at Giants Stadium

Posted by Captain PJ
  No Comments

This Sunday is the final game for the Giants at Giants Stadium, and its against the Panthers at 1pm. If the Giants dont win these last 2 games, they have virtually no shot at the playoffs. The Giant Nuts Project is going to go out with a blast at the final tailgate at Giants Stadium. Come join us for a memorable tailgate and a great time. Juiceman will be absent this week, the wife is making him spend the Giants game in OHIO. Poor planning by Juice, possibly worse than me oversleeping and not making the Falcons game this year. Dont worry juice, i think we’d all rather be picking cat hair out of our christmas sweaters in Ohio than at the Giants game.

Monday Night Football

Posted by Captain PJ
  No Comments

This monday the Giants face Washington on Monday Night Football. From here on out, every game is a must win. After the debacle vs Philly, it would be nice to see a Giants victory. Defensive coordinator Bill Sheridan is as bad and underqualified as Johnnie Lynn was a few years back. The Giants linebackers the last few years have been awful, even though we’ve spent some top draft picks and made some big free agent signings for that position. Guess who was our Linebackers coach before this year? Thats right Bill Sheridan. So we take a guy who cant make young athletic linebackers any better and we promote him to DC? Recipe for disaster.

Giants vs Eagles, most important game of the year so far

Posted by Captain PJ
  No Comments

Once again the Giants take on their arch rivals the Philadelphia Scumbags Eagles. The loser of this game takes a huge hit to the their chances at the playoffs. It should be a great Sunday night game, it is expected to be cold, windy, and rainy at Giants Stadium, so it will be interesting to see how the weather affects the game, especially the passing game. I think we all know how much I despise anyone associated with Philadelphia, if you dont, please read http://www.giantnutsproject.com/2009/451/giants-vs-eagles-3/

And here is a fantastic video of comedian Bill Burr in Philly ripping on Philly for 10 minutes. You wont be disappointed.

Giants in crisis mode after loss to San Diego

Posted by Captain PJ
  2 Comments

The Giants are now 5-4 after 4 straight losses, this last one to the Chargers in heart breaking fashion. The Chargers went 80 yards in a minute to score a TD and go up by 1 point. Coughlin challenged the defense and they couldnt pull through. The Giants played relatively well all game, but stupid little mistakes cost the game. Blown coverages, mishandled field goals, shanked punts, all little things that added up to a loss. This week the Giants have a bye week, so hopefully they can straighten their problems out.

Here are my 3 opinions on what to change for the 2nd half.

1- Run the ball more. Jacobs had 11 carries, not enough. They abandon the run way too fast

2- Less Shotgun. Can we please stop running shotgun 85% of the time?

3- Better disguised blitzes. Blitzes dont work when the offense knows where and when it is coming. You can tell what the Giants are doing every time they blitz.

As far as the tailgate goes, another awesome GNP tailgate was experienced by all. Danimal drank an entire gallon of water, all the girlfriends had a good time, the flag raising went well, and the weather was beautiful.

In other news, Lawrence Taylor, who walked thru the GNP tailgate 2 weeks ago, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. And in this mugshot he looks HAMMERED

F Philly, Giants stumbling, Kork most likely to puke, Chargers up next

I hate Philly. That’s all. Giants got spanked and bitch slapped around by the Eagles on Sunday. CC Brown is the worst Giant since RW McQuarters, actually he is worse. Might as well stick a lamp post in the secondary, thats more likely to stop the offense than that pathetic excuse for a safety. He got outrun in the open field by Weaver, who is a FULLBACK, on a 43 yard TD run to start the game. And run defense is what he does best. And that speaks volumes about how atrocious his pass defense is. The rest of the D wasnt much better, Eli and the offense sputtered, even the special teams got manhandled. Lets move on to this coming week…..

Tailgate and home game vs San Diego at 4:15pm. Expecting a good tailgate once again, at least 15 people so far confirmed this week, including lots of hot chicks, and the infamous BiLLMaTiC. That was not a misprint, come out to Lot 18C outside Gate D this Sunday. Chargers are a good team, hopefully the long plane ride across the country takes some juice out of them.

In our weekly poll, Kork has outrun the pack in votes for who is most likely to vomit. Im glad to see JUICEMAN finally getting a vote, bc i would love to see some exorcism style puking in the parking lot.

Giants vs Eagles

Posted by Captain PJ
  2 Comments

After a disappointing loss to Arizona at home, its time for the Giants to step up and beat down the Brian Westbrook-less Eagles. Its a big day for the scum that inhabit the shithole known as Philadelphia, as the Giants play the Eagles at 1, and the Phillies play the Yankees later in the day. Lincoln Financial and Citizens Bank Park are literally across the street, so a well placed mortar will take out most of the billigerent, degenerate, rotten, nefarious, half-witted, imbecilic scum bags that root for those 2 philadelphia teams, and give hope for the future of the next generation, without the inane teachings of those that came before them.

Theres no way we should lose to the Eagles, they will not have Westbrook, McNabb sucks, and theyve lost about 8 linebackers to injury since the season started. Lets go Giants

In other news, vote on the poll on the bottom right, Kork is pulling away from the pack, and Danimal has a few votes even though he “hasnt thrown up since he was 6″. Of course there are those that say they have evidence to prove otherwise, but we shall see.

Check out this amazing video, of Bill Burr telling Philly how much they suck

im very excited about this weeks 820 kickoff time and great upcoming tailgate. Heres an article about how teams and schools are trying to stop tailgating, and if this ever gets to the Giants I wont be going to the games anymore.
