Official Game Day preparation thread
Ok with 3 days to go until showtime it’s time to start our preparations for the biggest home game in many years.
-I have 7 people for the keg (maybe more but these 7 are a strong yes). PJ- you picking it up or do you want me to do it?
-GNP east will hopefully arrive at 7am if Chris comes out on Saturday night. His horse and buggy trip takes a while so hopefully he comes in a day early
-Menu- still up in the air. Flank steak on a stick marinated in a honey teriyaki sauce for 24 hours will be there
-Thinking about doing some Brats in beer and kraut
-1 more item still being decided on
-I’m positive Beer can chicken is on the menu
-The debut of the hats

After 12 or 14 beers it really doesn’t matter. Whatever you cook in beer tastes good. Maybe Chris will make HIS world famous ribs again.

As long as he helps me pack the truck I really don’t care if he takes credit for all of my cooking creations. I can’t wait to hear his excuse about why he can’t come out Saturday and why he is late. Scotty- you didn’t weigh in below on the lack of posts by the Boy Scout. My guess is that his wife found his online porn collection and doesn’t let him use the computer.

hahahaha, u guys are nuts, hey scott u comin this week? a broken ankle is a piss poor excuse in my book. As far as people go, your 7 plus us 4=11. Oscar is gonna let me know if hes coming prob on saturday. Frank, didnt u say something about u know a beer distributor around me? I dont mind picking it up if the guys in my neighborhood. Oh and my vote is for brats or flank steak. I got my beer can chicken meal with the mac salad & beans.

The guy I know is away this week. I can’t reach him until next week. You can go to your usual place or I can pick it up by me. The bastard makes me leave a $200 deposit. I’ll bring plenty of brats and flank steak for everyone.
I thought Oscar was in and had like 10 tickets? Is he going to another tailgate? He better not be cheating on us!

alright then ill just get the regular guy i go to. Oscars ticket hookup is giving him the okie doke, thats why hes not sure whats going on. 11 people- ill get the usual full keg, so itll be like $9-10 unless more people show up which i hope do. Hey scotty u bringin the wheelchair too? Maybe you can try out some sweet jumps.

well we did have adam corollas henchwomen come visit us. I checked that tailgating.com website, his pics from 2005 arent up yet i dont think. Every 2004 game he had pics from tho. I clicked on tours i think

Here’s what we do about the snow/rain… we bring our winter boots and saddle up NANCY! This is Cowboys in December for 1st place… WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Anyway, I will be bringing stuffed peppers (call shot now because I ain’t making a million) and since it IS december I will be sporting the CHILI!
And of course I can’t wait to sport my official new GNP wares!
