1 week to the opening tailgate/giants game! very exciting times. Hey frank do we have any season long odds like we had for the bon jovi concert? Im down for tent painting any day except thursday and saturday. It can also be done at the game considering we’ll have 12 hours to kill. btw i was thinking 10am start at the lot.

Have no fear. The full season odds will be posted later this week as we get closer to kickoff. This will include the odds on the hotly contested funneling championship. Kork comes back to defend his title but we have some pretty game competitors ths year. I’ll give you a sneak peek at the early line from Vegas for the end of season champ:

I think 10 is a good start time. That gives us a good 9 hours to tailgate.
Tents- PJ can you get the tents from Juice’s house tomorrow? I will be home tomorrow afternoon wouldn’t mind doing it tomorrow. Give me a call and let me know. Shouldn’t take long. We can do it at my house since Juice isn’t around.

Remember the Chiefs game? That was a long time ago. We waited a long time to come back out to our tailgating home. The place where this whole thing started. We kept busy in the offseason and had many good times but we started a countdown over 4 months ago for this big day– Sept 10th. Well- it’s here and it’s show time. The start of the long season. This is what the GNP is all about. Let’s get some excitement here. I know Kork is with me. I know Capt PJ is with me. Now it’s time for the rest of you to check in. I’m naming names:

I think we should look into the Podcast that Kork can set us up with. The radio thing won’t happen for at least a few weeks.
Food- I’ll bring enough for all of the people I invited.
Beer- Let’s go with 2 kegs. It’s goona be a long day. That should only be about $10 pp which is as a good a deal as you will find.
PJ- Danny has a check for $450 for you (tix and fantasy). I will give you cash for the preseason game and fantasy.

1) 2 kegs wont fit in our vehicle alone, we can only get 1 in as of now bc of the DJ equipment, tv, etc. someone else is gonna have to bring a keg, or we can just bring a few cases, it all depends on the amount of ppl. To be safe id go with a keg every 10-12 ppl. 160 12 oz beers in a keg, so do the math & we’ll work it out.
2) i guess gnp west will bring the normal amount of food as its always too much anyway.
3) are there any catches to this check like the ones billy & kork hand me? You know like, cash after next tuesday?
4) i dont know where dan lives or how hes gettin there but we have an extra seat in the car for the games hes coming. Dan you there out there in cyberspace? get back at me at my email & we can work shit out.
5) All you GNP fantasy football pros, payment $50 is due sunday….. so bring some extra cash for that. If you are vouching for someone who isnt gonna be there, bring the money for them as well.
6) Is there a contingent of people not making the game but going to the tailgate?

I won’t be able to do it on Friday night - I have a wedding to go to. I think I’m pretty much out for the whole weekend actually (stupid ass school). If you guys don’t get a chance it’s not a big deal - it really will only take 30 minutes or so at the game!

Yes Kork- I remember stunmbling around the parking lot against the Chiefs panhandling for beer. it was humiliating. You wouldn’t remember because you were passed out on the grass and the reason why we had no beer is because you funnelled half the keg by yourself. I’ll pick up a few cases.
Dan- Let’s talk to Juice tonight. Something tells me Kork and Capt are the artistic ones in the group. Any painting project without them might result in disaster.

Shit you guys typed alot in the past 4 hours!! Frank, just got back from my mission. Generator started up on the first shot and is full of gas and ready to go. Also filled up the researve gas can. Bought two twenty pound bags of charcoal plus we have about ten pounds left from last year. I also bought a special present for Captain PJ, a metal beer can chicken holder!! But I have to admit i’m gonna miss seeing him burn his fingers every time the chicken falls over and he’s gotta pick it up over 500 degree flaming charcoal!! Lol

GNP legal dept have obtained full video footage of the entire incident yesterday. It captured all of the poor behavior by Giants Stadium Security (NJSEA) including footage of both employees mentioned above. Our lawyers have been contacted and are reviewing the incident to determine next steps.

GNP Legal Department has advised that footage of the incident can not be released at this point pending potential future litigation. The truth will come out.

I just want to add that Dan The Animal (Danimal for short) was great yesterday and itwas a pleasure having him. He proved he can be a strong addition to the Giant Nuts Project and I expect him to be officially inducted after he wears a clown suit for the entire next tailgate. You have a promising future ahead of you young man!

Kork is banned?? What kind of crap is that?? I just fired off an e-mail to the Meadowlands asking to be put in contact with whoever runs the yellowshirts. I thought this thing was over last night, but I see it’s just getting started. Maybe I should have let Juiceman kick 948’s ass! I want “#948 SUCKS” on the back of my shirt, please!

Rockhead- Kork had to sign a release form last night that prevents him from attending future events at the Meadowlands. Mr Security guy said Kork took a swing at him which is complete bullshit. He had no choice but to sign it to put this to rest and we thought it was over.
Those guys came over with an agenda and I have no idea what it was.

If Kork swung he would have been ejected/arrested. I was RIGHT THERE and saw the whole thing. 948 grapped the shirts, started walking away, then took a swipe at your man. Let me know if this becomes a big problem and I will absolutely go to bat. What crap!

Not to get lost in all the excitement- Great job by Exit weekly magazine and our new friend Garland. The magazine is really good and the article that mentions the GNP was well written. The GNP is happy to be associated with a quality organization like that. We hope to see them out at the stadium again.

Alright everyone. My response to the incident/request to be reinstated is all drafted and will be sent out this morning via registered mail to Mr. Dan Santos, Security Manager for Giants Stadium.

Yes, that was the reason I didn’t get it out yesterday, I had it faxed over to the lawyers and they cleared it. I’m expecting the NJSEA will clear me for 10/3.

Hey, sorry I’ve been absent from these discussions but I went to work yesterday at 12:30 in the afternoon and just got home now!! Oh yeah, if anyone got stuck in really bad traffic last night on the FDR due to a police vehicle persuit and ensuing five car pile up, I had nothing to do with it!!!!

Hey Kork! Can we read the letter? I have a few words of my own I’m getting ready to send, but I’d like to see what you had to say first.

Hey there Rockhead… I thought about posting the letter here but out of respect for the head of security at the NJSEA I want to give them the opportunity to correct this problem and truly just want to get reinstated.
That said, the important points of the letter focused around the following:
1. The security guards were way out of line in their actions and the whole incident was handled poorly.
2. I had no idea that offering a shirt (about our tailgate only) to help support our tailgating efforts was illegal and if those are the rules I apologized and take responsibility for that.
3. Security guard #948 took my shirts, offered no explanation as to why, and struck me.
4. We have footage of the event and more importantly I was offered at least 10 eyewitness accounts of the event confirming my version. They offered to provide this in writing upond request. Some of those eyewitnesses are NYPD.
5. I want nothing more to put this incident behind us, get reinstated, and enjoy Sunday’s at Giants Stadium having fun with the GNP and all of our friends.

Welcome everyone! Hope you guys can join us again. (That go’s for you to Kork) Worst case scenario you will just have to wear a Giants helmet for the entire tailgate to conceal your identity.
I’m workin Sunday but will prob. stop by Juicemans for the first hour of the game. My only concern is that if the beginning of the game doesn’t go so well Juiceman might end up with a couple bullet size holes in his new 172 inch tv.

That’s right friends… BiLLMaTiC is planning something rather Triumphant for his first Game back which is going to be the Redskins game…. If you guys remember last season and what went down before the Giants annhialated the Redskins you can almost guarantee GNP is gonna have to put on a show like no one has ever seen before….
