It was encouraging to see Carr stick in the pocket and look decent. I read somewhere that he’s been a puss in camp so far.

david carr sucks ass. he was playing against guys who are going to be selling used cars in a month. i only caught the 1st quarter, and a little of the rest of the game. Like joe benigno says, preseason football is like non alcoholic beer- whats the point? Phillips will prob be starting a few games into the season.

I know you can care less about Carr but it’s important to make sure we have a decent backup. One play goes south and Eli could get hurt and I’d like to know we have someone capable back there. Even if he wasn’t playing first stringers he looked fine.
