Giants vs Washington

posted November 29th, 2008 by Captain PJ · 4 comments

The Giants are in DC for an always important division game against the Redskins. At FedEx Field, its Sean Taylor Day, so the players and the crowd should start out the game with alot of emotion. If the Giants jump on them early though, all that emotion dies quickly. My keys to the game are pretty simple but easier said than done. Limit Clinton Portis in the running game and prevent the big plays downfield to Santana Moss.

Also, Plaxico Burress is out after reaggravating a hamstring injury and also GETTING HIMSELF SHOT friday night. More details on that to come. That news was first reported by kork

Kork Mortenson reports that Robbins and Bradshaw are inactive. Carney is also kicking today.

Robbins is a big loss with the redskins running game. Hopefully Jay Alford steps up. And hopefully Alford doesnt get hurt playing very down, hes also our short snapper

Just realized Alford and Cofield are the only healthy DTs, i guess we’ll see Wynn and Tollefson play inside some, or even Tuck.

Robbins is going to hurt us. It’ll be interesting to see if Portis runs all over our line - especially given the Taylor thing today.
