Great win by the Giants…. I was nervous until the 4th quarter even though the Giants dominated the game. They let the Redskins hang around a little long for my liking, but a win is a win.
As for the Plaxico saga….
Plaxico got arrested, we’ll see what happens with Antonio Pierce and Ahmad Bradshaw. Supposedly Bradshaw was not around at the time of the shooting so maybe he wont get in trouble, i believe hes on probation, so it would be very bad if he got in trouble. Also, all this talk about Plaxicos career being over are garbage. Ray Lewis stabbed someone to death, Leonard Little killed a lady in a DWI accident, PacMan Jones was responsible for paralyzing a man, and all these players still thrive in the NFL. Plaxico Burress shot himself, didnt hurt anyone else, hes just a dumbass. Im sure its not a surprise for a lot of people that Plaxico Burress including myself that he did something like this. And for those of you wondering why Antonio Pierce, who seems like such a nice guy, was out with Plaxico (dumbass), and Bradshaw (criminal), Pierce is from Compton California, so im sure hes no stranger to guns and that lifestyle.
I think we’ll be fine without Plaxico, although i would much rather him playing. The player we CANNOT lose is Pierce. Hopefully he will not be subject the the NFL personal conduct policy and wont be suspended.

Plax is gone. He won’t play again this year and the gun laws in New York call for a mandatory prison term of 3.5 years for what he was charged with. Even if he takes a deal it will involve a 2 year sentence. He is going to jail. Plax is already 31 years old. His career is over unless he outright beats the charges and is found not guilty. I’m sure Pierce will be thrilled when he has to testify against Plax at the trial.
Another thing- Usually probation includes a stipulation about being around and consuming alcohol. I don’t think the authorities in Virginia will be too happy that Bradshaw was with them at a club.

Bail set at $100,000.
That’s 5,265 orders of Applebees riblets.

His hoity toity lawyer will get him off without time. I wonder about what the Giants may do though? Thoughts on if they’ll act?

There is no chance he does no time. He is going to jail.
Giants will put him on non football injury list which ends his season. They cut him in the offseason and recoup some bonus money.

Plaxicos lawyer is the same one who got P Diddy off with no time for basically the same offense. Plaxicos court date is in march, after the season is over. Id wait to see if the NFL suspends him first before i put him on the non football injury list. I dont care if hes a dumbass or a criminal, i want him to help our team win a game.

He is a selfish prick that will bring others down with him. P Diddy went to trial and was found not guilty by a jury. They will offer Pierce immunity if he testifies against Plax. It’s an easy case. Plax will accept a plea deal and get 2 years. He will not be in a Giants uniform again. We aren’t the Cowboys or Bengals.

Plaxico shows up to Giants Stadium for mandatory treatment on his hammy. I think theyll check out that gunshot wound too.

So it appears Steve Smith was a victim of armed robbery last week as well. He was driven home and the driver pointed a gun on him and took his cash and jewelry.

Plax showing up today is all about saving the contract. He had no choice. Not showing up today would make it easier for the Giants.
This is the last time Plax will report to the stadium as an employee unless he gets a job with the NJSEA Security team in a few years.
